RONIN DEVELOPMENT

This beautiful town home received extensive damage from Hurricane Wilma. The roof was ripped off and the ceiling collapsed in many areas. The kitchen cabinets were completely destroyed and the drywall was damaged throughout the home. The insurance company claimed it as a total loss.

We started by replacing the roof, Then removed all damaged drywall. We pulled up all the old and damaged flooring. Removed the cabinets and the staircase. We replace the staircase, cabinets and repaired all the dry wall in the house.

We marbled all the common areas. We also marbled the master bathroom along with 4 additional bathrooms. The home owner also had us replace all the windows in the house to PGT impact windows. The home was also completely repainted. We had brought the home back to better then brand new.
