RONIN DEVELOPMENT

This home was built in the 1920's. It needed a tremendous amount of renovation work. We completely redone the electrical and plumbing throughout the home. Installed Impact window thoughout home. Put in a new kitchen. The home did not have a central air system nor did it have any place to put one. So in order to install central AC we had to customize certain ceiling areas to conceal the vents. We put in a marble master bath and Jack and Jill bath. Installed a marble paver driveway and pool deck. We finished it off with a beautiful pool
