RONIN DEVELOPMENT

We added about 750 feet to this nice Boca home by extending the rear gable end. This addition came out extremely nice as you can see. The owners wanted to give their daughters their own wing. We extended the end of the home where the daughters’ bedroom was. Then made the old area a play and study room and the new section became the new sleeping area. We built the shell for this addition in 11 days. The entire addition from start to completion took 5 weeks.
